Palo Alto Adult School (workshop)

Genealogy Workshop 8 weeks

Fee: $180 per session

Are you new to family history research or looking for a place to hone your skills and explore resources? Then this workshop is for you! Each week we will focus on particular topics/resources followed by a work period. Bring your research questions and works-in-progress to share.

"The" Monday Genealogy Club (Intermediate/Advanced)*

When: Mondays 10:00 am -12:00 noon
Location: Via Zoom with occasional in-person events
Instructor: Margaret Melaney

Fee: $75 for the year.

This is an ongoing class where students learn about genealogy from each other by sharing their techniques, hints, and discoveries. Students should be experienced in doing independent research, and will be expected to actively engage in class discussions. Topics are decided during the first session. The class meets every week from September to late May, with a short break in December.

SVCGG has a general meeting the 2nd Saturday of every month except for Dec and a Reunion for the Mac meeting the 4th Thursday of every month except Nov/Dec. All of our meetings are free and open to the public. Anyone is welcome!
